Professional and Affordable Guitar/Ukulele Music Lessons! in Yio Chu Kang Road, Northeast Singapore for sale

Hello all,
My name is Noel, and I currently teach guitar/ukulele beginner and intermediate sessions. I teach the acoustic, classical and electric guitar.
I am based in the north area near Yio Chu Kang MRT. I have 9 years of playing experience and have been teaching for 2 years. I teach patiently and systematically with a proper lesson structure specially catered for each student- factoring in their individual pace of learning as well.
Genre-wise, I am adaptable to switch to whichever interests you the most: Blues, Rock, Metal, Pop, Jazz, Country, etc. So I'd always pick and use songs which are your interests :) Each session would be around 50mins.
For those who are completely new to the guitar but yet have a strong interest to pick it up, I highly recommend to take up the beginner lessons where I'll basically start from scratch!
For those who have some basic knowledge and skills in the guitar such as being able to play your standard open chords, able to play some minor licks, etc. BUT YET have the interest to pursue the instrument further, I highly recommend to take up the intermediate lessons where I'll go extremely indepth into the guitar, focusing on scales, solo constructions, various guitar techniques and band dynamics- skills very essential to become a solid guitar player, guaranteed to learn alot!
Lessons are held at my place and my rates are currently as such:
Beginner Sessions (Guitars):
$35 per session
$30 per group session (2 people: Learn with a friend or your SO!)
$25 per group session (3 or more people)
Ukulele Sessions:
$35 per session
Intermediate Sessions (Guitar only)
$40 per session
